Those at the front chose to avoid the usual popular stopping places with lifted bicycles celebrations. There was hardly any police presence at all, except towards the end when they seemed to facilitate rather than impede the ride. A taxi is shown attempting to ram its way through the riders, a not uncommon tactic by impatient drivers.</p>
