Appeal For Information
Iam trying to find any videos taken on the 2nd of April outside the bank of england that shows one of the officers hitting a woman around the face for apsolutely no reason whatsoever so that that officer can be dealt with through the IPCC. The officer in question did not have any shoulder number or rank badges on - and wore only a white rank slide.
This happened around 14:45 in the road to the left (if looking head on at the royal exchange.) This video for some reason isnt working!
