The Put People First march is now making its way into Hyde Park. The first half of the march showed up about an hour ago, the second half was delayed due to the police joining the march and keeping a slow-moving cordon of cops in front of the anarchist Militant Workers Bloc, presumably to deny them mobility in case they decided to overthrow capitalism today.

April 1st is only a week away! Below is the crucial information you will need for camping in the square mile during the G20.
... “We Won’t Pay For Their Crisis!”
On Thursday 2nd of April the G20 (or G22) are descending on the city in a Summit to address the current global Crisis, and to discuss how to “re-stabilise” the world economy and how to re-write the rules of global Capitalism, whilst thousands of people are losing their jobs and homes on a daily basis.
Amid the biggest police operation to be launched in London for over a decade, many UK wide groups and organisations have joined forces for several days of protests and events starting on Saturday 28th until Thursday 2nd, to show a clear rejection to the G20’s ‘solutions’, as well as to propose ways out to the current economic and social situation that go beyond the ‘logic’ of Capitalism.

greek goverment and the police, are afraid that this "small" revolution can lead to a real revolution. That is the reason, the greek police asked for help from the Scotland Yard,to take the situation under control. Also the european union is afraid that this"virus of revolution"that started here in Greece, can "infect"other european countries.

Protests at main LSR shareholder and government collaborators.
A different feel for demos today, as SHAC went into SOCPA-zone to demonstrate. Very reluctantly we 'got permission' for our 4 protests, and so we started at Barclays next to the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, just next to parliament.

Anti-deportation campaigners are risking arrest to stop the collective expulsion of approximately 50 Iraqi refugees from the UK. 6 Campaigners have locked themselves to the gate of Tinsley House detention centre at Gatwick airport, where some of the deportees are being held, in an attempt to prevent the forcible deportation.

We started today's London protests against TIAA-CREF at 33 Cavendish Square just off Oxford Circus. This equity fund has over 78,000 shares in torture of innocent animals inside Huntingdon Life Sciences and we were there louder than before to let them know that their investment in animal suffering would not be tolerated.
Early on Thursday 12th in the morning there was a minor fire in the derelict part of the block on Rampart Street. After the fire had been put out, several men knocked on the door at RampARTS, claiming to be from the fire brigade. After they had gained entry under this false pretense, they were revealed to be agents of the owner of the building. The proceeded to call the police and evicted the person inside. Without bothering to ascertain that there were no more people in the house, they started to board up the building, placing security personnel at the doors. In the meantime some people managed to climb back into the building, carrying on with the successful occupation. About 30 people are outside and are asking for everyone to join them and show their support for this community.

Ahava in central London picketted by activists from JBIG as well as other organisations.
From 12pm until around 3pm Ahava beauty products in London was picketed in protest over the sale of illegal Israeli settlement products at the shop. About 20 demonstrators attended, and their presence, as well as a large police turnout and a private security guard seemingly hired for the day, seemed to have discouraged people from entering the shop, Ahava did very little business during the demonstration.
