Yes folks, your eyes do not deceive.. we’re back at jamm.. with a rather tasty lineup.. lots of old favourites, we’re just honoured to gather them all under the same roof.. those of you who havent heard excentral tempests words, or experienced speakers corner quartet, probably should.. this'd be a good time to! as usual, we’re revelling in modern technology.. click on names to hear tunes, see websites, and generally find out more..

Playing live, we have

Speakers Corner Quartet; Truly incredible acoustic band, blending the borders of jazz and hiphop, with mesmerising effect..

The Sound Of Rum; Excentral Tempest,  seasoned wordsmith, with live hiphop band.. lyrically charged beats..

Onyx Ashanti; (Afro-Futuristik) twisted lectronic funk.. looped out live.. on clarinet..

Daisy Kelly Granger; Soulful songstress.. firm favourite acoustically, now with added live band!

As if we’d leave a line-up there? we got some dj’s down to represent their respective genres.. among them,

Dj Snuff (EndOfTheWeakUK); Probably deserving of a knighthood, for “services to uk hiphop”,  also a master of funk, and afrobeat cuts..

Dj Malaka (BalkanBeatsLondon); Twisted purveyor of bizarre turbo-folk, and gypsy breaks.. foot-stompingly good..

Popcorn Charly (Bogus Gasman); Moonlighting as a spinner of rare funk and ska sevens, when not trumpeting with the gasman..

Drusus Germanicus (Cafe Cairo); As eclectic as they come.. floor-fillers of all descriptions.. genre-defying leaps of imagination..

there’ll also be other stuff, and some things..

as i say, its at the jamm , 261 brixton road.. buses and stuff HERE.. its friday the third, and we’re opening the doors at 9pm, and we’ll be kicking you out at 6ish.. in the am..
