 _______________________<br /><br />Since Kate Bush gained fame in the la
 te 1970s\, fans have been mesmerised by her unique style\, said by John 
 Lydon\, former Sex Pistols front man\, to supply him &lsquo\;with all th
 e clues and it&rsquo\;s up to me put the answers together.&rsquo\; &lsqu
 o\;Adventures in Kate Bush and Theory&rsquo\; reanalyses her music\, dan
 ce and videos through a philosophical and critical lens.<br /><br />The 
 book straddles the line between the academic and the popular\, enabling 
 Withers to leave the strictures of academic writing\, and flesh out crit
 ical studies in an understandable form.<br /><br />Mark Radcliffe\, BBC 
 6Music DJ\, described the book as &lsquo\;an in-depth labour of love fro
 m a genuine Bush fanatic&rsquo\; and feminist artist Allyson Mitchell ca
