In terms of accessibility, have a look at the Access Codes for the building. there is a ramp at the front for the steps but there is no wheelchair accessible toilets.
This is a 3 days event : friday 30th April from 6pm, saturday 1st may from 5pm and sunday 2nd May from 2pm

If you're events is either a regular event or lasts more than one day, you can use our repeat event feature when publishing. You can decide how often and how long it is repeated, that way it will show up on the calendar not only for one day, but for each day and you only have to publish once!

pdf files on postings
If you want to have a poster on your event, you'll have to upload an image file such as jpg. That's what the picture upload is for. If you want to add a pdf file, the file upload field is the one to use. However that won't show up as a picture (because it isn't one, not because we don't love you)
