Maria Gallastegui of Peace Strike is bringing a Judicial Review of Part 3 of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011 as it relates to a blanket ban on protest camps in Parliament Square. This is the second day of this two-day hearing, in which counsel for the Home Secretary and for the Greater London Assembly will make their legal submissions in response to those made on Tuesday by counsel for Ms Gallastegui.
Supporters are invited to join Peace Strike outside and inside the court, from 10am. The hearing is expected to continue all day, from 10.30am.
