After police shot and killed a teenage boy last Saturday, protests have errupted all over Greece. The international community has responded with solidarity actions all over Europe, to get updates about what's going on in Greece check out the Occupied London blog.

On Monday protesters successfully shut the Greek Embassy down. Photos: 1 | Report on Indymedia UK: 1 | 2 | At this protest, journalists were obstructed by police officers [Video]. On Wednesday the offices of the greek airline Olympic Airways were blockaded in solidarity, while on Thursday a small group a protesters tried to picket the Greek Embassy, but gave up because of the extent of police harrassment. Photos on IMC UK. On Friday the assembly of the occupied Athens Polytechnic published a call for a day of international action against state murders on December 20th. (IMC Athens, Greek) Another protest took place in Dalson on Sunday 14th with over 100 people facing a heavy handed police presence. There were at least two arrests [Report and Photos 1 | 2 | Video] On Thursday 18th a small crowd gathered for two hours in the protest pen opposite the Embassy.
On Saturday 20th, a protest will be held at the Greek Embassy at 11am and at Wood Green at 2pm.

After the police shot a young Greek activist dead, protests have errupted all over Greece, and solidarity marches held all over Europe. In London there have been several protests already, and more are announced.
