<p>A few days after the Anarchist Bookfair, on Tuesday 27th and on Thursday 29th, there were another two interesting talks at SOAS and at the LSE universities. As part of SOAS's <a href="http://www.soas.ac.uk/development/events/globalisation/">'The Gobalisation Lectures'</a> series, professor <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Noam_Chomsky">Noam Chomsky</a> gave a lecture entitled "Crises and the Unipolar Moment". In the LSE Chomsky gave a talk entitled "Human Rights in the 21st Century". Some London IMCistas were present at the lectures, and made sure the events were recorded. The same as in <a href="http://london.indymedia.org/articles/111">previous editions</a>, the event was very well attended throughout the day. It is difficult to say exactly how many people made it there, but looking at it from our stall we can easily say that hundreds of people (if not thousands) spent the day checking out the stalls, networking, attending sesssions and, our guess is, plotting too.<br /><br />The <a href="http://london.indymedia.org/articles/2614">Anarchist Book Fair</a> has undoubtedly become a focal point for the radical, alternative, autonomous and anti-authoritarian political movements of this island, and as such, it offered a <a href="http://anarchistbookfair.org/whatson.html">large program</a> of talks, presentations, workshops and meetings. <a href="http://london.indymedia.org/articles/2626">London IMC</a> and <a href="http://www.dissidentisland.org" title="Dissident Island Radio">Dissident Island</a> were busy recording audio from some of these, so here there is a selection:</p>
