December 07, 2009 14:35 - The 2pm deadline given for the COP Out Camp to leave has passed without any sign of the camp moving.

December 07, 2009 11:30 - This morning protestors from the Climate Camp have blockaded the entrance to the European Climate Exchange in Bishopsgate, London - See Report.

December 06, 2009 22:45 - 20 Climate activists dressed as Santa Claus demonstrated at London City Airport departures lounge today - timed to coincide with the final flight to Copenhagen before the COP15 climate talks begin.

Presents of cartoon books about the problems with carbon trading, carbon ration books, and toy trains were left undelivered as the protestors were pushed out of the airport by police. The Santas' photographer was arrested. See report.

Meanewhile the COP Out climate camp in Trafalgar Square settled down for a second night occupying the square.

December 05, 2009 19:20 - Campers are having dinner. Tonight's entertainment includes a Ceilidh band at 9pm.

December 05, 2009 18:10 - Latest report from Trafalgar Square says camp is well established now. Kitchens are preparing food. A Screen has been put up for showing films beneath a banner saying "Nature doesn't do bailouts". There are around 25 tents, and three larger ones. Toilets have been built and there are two bicycle soundsystems. Atmosphere is good, with people and tourists visiting the camp. Only a few police officers in vicinity. [tumblepic]

December 05, 2009 17:50 - Two tripods are up with a banner strung between them reading "Nature doesn't do bailouts". Each tripod has a camper sitting atop it. "Capitalism is Crisis" banner is finding its way up the Christmas Tree.

December 05, 2009 16:35 - Minimal police presence at Traf Sq. The private security wardens (because Traf Sq is not 'public' property but is managed by ther GLA - Greater London Authority) have been told by police to consult their office. Police reportedly waiting to hear from GLA.
