September 01, 2009 15:20 - The protest outside the Shell Centre is still ongoing, with music, people banging on the windows in tune with the music and other wearing animal masks on top of the lobby. A FIT team is around taking photos.
September 01, 2009 15:10 - About 8 protesters, from the gathering outside the Shell Centre, have now climbed the roof of the lobby. They have removed a letter from the sign of the building, making it read "hell centre". The police are still pretty chilled about it all. [photo report][twitpic]
September 01, 2009 15:00 - Climate camp reports a party outside the E.ON headquarters, congratulating them on their Ratcliffe power station winning the vote to be the target in October's mass action [twitpic, video 1|2].
September 01, 2009 14:35 - The march of Climate Campers has now arrived at the Shell centre. The mood is light, with music and banners reading "No more greenwash" and "100 years of exploitation", have been hung from the pedestrian bridge. Speeches explain that protests need to "confront these corporations", and "if necessary, we need to break their laws like bread".
September 01, 2009 14:15 - The Climate Campers' march that was at BP, is now crossing the river on the footbridge at Embankment, heading towards Royal Festival Hall and ultimatelly the Shell offices.
September 01, 2009 13:55 - The Rambling Raffle and Tar Sands protests from Climate Camp are now moving away from the BP headquarters, with the Samba Band, down Charles II street, and towards the Mall. Police presence is chilled and the atmosphere is festive.

September 01, 2009 13:40 - Speeches from indeginous people are heard and the samba band is playing outside BP headquarters on St James Square. September 01, 2009 12:20 - Six of the seven protesters who were arrested at RBS have now been released. They were arrested for aggrevated trespass, however they were given an offer by the police that they would be not be taken to a cell if they gave their names and would receive a cout summons for the charge, and after a short discussion reached consensus to take the offer. The last protester is still under arrest as they are unable to confirm their address.
September 01, 2009 12:20 - The protesters on the rambling raffle who moved on from RBS have now arrived at the headquaters of Edleman PR and have formed a blockade outside the building, shutting down the front entrance
September 01, 2009 12:00 - Tar sands block has reached the headquarters of BP. About 100-200 people are enjoying street theater, music from a samba band, and flute. Some police presence (2 vans, and 20 officers) has told demonstrators that they must remove masks.
September 01, 2009 11:35 - Climate camp reports that the naked protestors at Edelman have just been deglued. The rooftop protesters are still there.
September 01, 2009 11:10 - Protesters at RBS have decided by consensus to move, unblocking the side entrance and allowing 30-40 RBS staff into work.
September 01, 2009 11:00 - Police have just told people at RBS to move from the sidestreets to in front of the building. There is now a partial cordon on one side of them. A new banner has arrived, which proclaims 'Climate Chaos is No Picnic.'
September 01, 2009 10:50 - The police have told activists outside the RBS (not those locked on but their supporters) that they have five minutes to move on or they will be moved on. August 28, 2009 15:45 - The group that left camp got off at Canary Wharf DLR, passed through the shopping centre and ran up towards Barclays. There are now 150-200 people with banners reading "Climate Killer Coal" and "More Future Less Capitalism". Lots of press in attendance. Private security around. August 28, 2009 14:45 - A group of around 70 people are leaving the camp [video] [twitpic 1, 2] for a protest at Barclays bank in Canary Wharf - police helicopter circling.
August 28, 2009 14:35 - Delegation from the council arrived (greeted with tea) and are now being given a guided tour around the camp (without police).
August 28, 2009 13:00 - The first full day of workshops at Climate Camp is underway, mixing education around the issues surrounding climate change with practical skillshare sessions, discussions and direct action training.

August 27, 2009 17:30 - Climate Camp press release about police saying they will cut off contact with the police liaison team if not allowed onto the site. The police then issued a press release and via twitter denied that the threatened to cease liaison. The Climate Camp also announced that the police would now continue liaison meetings, but offsite [read all releases]
August 27, 2009 16:20 - Climatecamp twitter reports that after the police were told they could not come onsite, police have "threatened to cut off all communications". Meanwhile the camp has been getting on with day two - see picture report
August 27, 2009 16:15 - People are still on strawbales, singing, also up on tripods. Atmosphere very relaxed and cheerful, as police seems to be resigned and about to leave. The police liaison team from the camp did meet with them but outside the camp, along with the council reps - see report and pictures | report 2
August 27, 2009 15:35 - Two police officers are at the gate to the camp, the camp failed to reach consensus on whether to allow the police on site every day and so they are currently not being allowed on. The entrance is barricaded with straw bales and there are campers with guitars singing on top of the bales with black bloc behind them (twitpics of gate 1, 2).
August 27, 2009 11:20 - Infrastructure of the camp is growing, yet more tents and marquees are being pitched, loads of food is arriving. First workshops have happened on citizen media and video making.
