November 30, 2011 saw public sector workers strike across the country in protest of so-called 'pension reforms' by the Con-Dem government to public pensions. N30 was thee biggest day of strike action seen in the UK for decades, and so London saw hundreds of thousands of people marching together in a demonstration called by most public sector unions. A pub worker and South London Solidarity Federation have together won 6 weeks - over £700 - in stolen wages after a campaign of direct action and threatening pickets of a London pub.Laura was employed by ‘The Hartley' pub in South London. She was let go after she refused to work because she hadn't been paid for 6 weeks - owed over £700 dating back to mid-September.
