Over 40,000 people took to the streets today for The Wave climate demo in central London in anticipation to the COP15 Climate Summit due to take place in Copenhagen in the next two weeks. Here there a few pics of the demo:

huge march to "send a message to copenhagen". biggest london march in a long while. took nearly two hours to pass one early point. many tens of thousands. everyone went home when they were told, except of course for the climate campers who invaded trafalgar square - see separate story/pics.
