Protesters targeted investors in Air France KLM as the airline is reportedly the largest transporter of animals for vivisection and supply primates, dogs and cats to labs globally. Franklin Templeton and Bank of New York London were targets.

Barclays held it's 2011 AGM at the Royal Festival Hall in London. Shortly before beginning at 11am World Development Movement protesters picketed the entrance focusing on the bank's food speculation role, pushing up the price of staple food globally. London, UK, 27/04/2011.

With Barclays Bank paying just 1% corporation tax in 2009 – a paltry sum of £113m after the company trousered record profits of £11.6bn – protesters have targeted their high street branches around the UK to highlight their dodgy tax avoidance shenanigans.

So far, 41 branches have been reported as closed around the UK, with actions still taking place.
